Windows 10 update june 2023 - my keyboard is not working properly

Hello.After windows 10 update recently my keyboard is not working properly. I have dificulties with the "e", "u", and sometimes "c". sometimes I type those letters but the computer doesn't recognize them, other times the computer duplicates them for me.last year i had the same problem with another windows update and the solution was to have someone from tech support remotely connect to my computer to fix the problem.What can I do to resolve the problem?
