Windows 10 update failing

I had a windows update fail a few days ago. My updates occur automatically, and I only noticed it because my windows background was gone and replaced with an ugly yellow. I am on:- Windows 10 Pro, version 2004, OS build 19041.1It says it was installed on 11/13 - a few days ago when this update ran. I went to Settings->Update&Security->Windows Update, and it currently indicates "Error Encountered" with code 0x800f081f.I ran the Windows update troubleshooter - it also fails. "A problem is preventing the troubleshooter from starting". Code 0x800705B4.I have followed the Microsoft proced
