Windows 10 Update Error

I've being trying to upload updates to correct in the error below. The update trouble shooter shows every fine. I've reinstalled the update components manually. I then did a clean in stall expecting in will be sorted but was not. The current version preview win10 is 22h2 19045.1391 without Malicious short ware removal tools and antimalware. Do I've have the correct servicing stack update. This has seemed to start in 2015 but first time for (Google Search)
