Windows 10 Update Error

Hi there, I've been struggling to update my windows 10 pc for a while now, every time I go to do it, it says "Error encountered". When I press retry it just keeping saying Error.I've tried running the troubleshooter and it doesn't detect anything. I then tried to reset the updater using CMD but that hasn't done anything. Then I tried to download the Windows Media Creation Tool and it would run all the way till the blue screen to download windows 10, but then stop and just come up with a little window that says "Windows 10 installation has failed".I have also tried resetting my pc and had no lu
