Windows 10 Update created Boot Loop Making Laptop Inaccessible

Latest MS update for Windows 10 sent my Lenovo ThinkPad into an infinite boot loop of blue screens that require a Bitlocker key to either reinstall Microsoft without losing files or uninstall the latest update. I don’t have my Bitlocker key, and now my laptop is useless. Will MS ever advise on how to regain access to users’ computers and files under this condition? Anyone else having this problem?
