Windows 10 update causing problems with dropdowns and scrolling

I am encountering the following problems.A) dropdown lists - I am not able to choose an item from such lists. For example, I cannot change the printer because the dropdown list disappears before I can choose an itemB) Creating a name for a PDF file - When saving a PDF print file, the system offers prompts from existing files but attempts to override these prompts are difficult as name text is placed at the end of such prompts and I have been unable to delete the pronptC) Within software such as Excel where4 I am sufferint the following issues:1) The moment I stop scrolling accross a worksheet,
