Windows 10 UNMOUNTABLE BOOT VOLUME

First I updated me computer I chose update and shutdown and the next day when I came to on my computer it said "your pc ran into a problem" with the stop code UNMOUNTABLE BOOT VOLUME is there any way Ican fix it I have a 32gb usb flash drive and can you tell me if its possible to use the flash drive to reinstall windows and how do I do that to the flash drive.
