Windows 10 Trim app lowers quality of the video, adding tearing and green frames. Fix?

Hey.My Windows Trim stopped woking properly.After trimming any video, the framerate drops significantly, starts tearing heavily and adds some green frames. Rendering and trimming the same videos in other rendering apps works fine, so im certain its not my gfx card.Anyone knows where i should start troubleshooting or potentially fixing this?
