windows 10 to windows 11 on new computer

i have a Windows 10 home edition license running on Parallels on a Mac. I had to get a new computer and the new Macs won't run Windows 10 so I need to update to Windows 11.. How can I update the license to apply the license to the Win 11 installation on the new computer?Thanks.Cathy
