Windows 10 to 11 Upgrade To PC

I have a desktop pc. Ryzen 3700x - Ryzen TUF Gaming X570 MB - Geforce GTX1660TI Graphics. Windows tells me that I cannot upgrade because of this system.So what can I change to be able to upgrade to Windows 11 or is it cheaper/better to get a new pc next years when support stops for Windows 10 next year?I have no idea what componants are a problem to Windows regards the upgrade.* Changed to a question
