Windows 10 to 11 pro

I have built a new machine and installed windows 11 from Microsoft, my old machine has windows pro 10 upgraded frome w 7 pro and i have a digital licence, my new machine is linked to my microsoft account but it wont upgrade what do i do what i wont to do is transfer the licence from one machine to the other
