Windows 10 taskbar not functioning

Hi,On Windows 10, my taskbar is having the following issues:Windows (left side button) will not open the menu when left-clickedSearch bar will not respond when clicked and I can't searchRight side icons such as WiFi and volume settings will not open when clickedMost importantly, OneDrive icon is permanently greyed out and says I need to sign in againWhen I try to sign into OneDrive and put in my email address, it says:Error Something went wrong.
