Windows 10 stuck on loading screen

[Microsoft Windows]

When i booted up my computer, a bsod appears: memory management. After it self boot, after the windows 10 loading screen appear its just black screen with a cursor loading blinking rapidly. I didn't even got pass the welcome screen. What do i do?
