Windows 10 stuck on black screen, mouse cursor blinking in a pattern

I restarted my computer after installing a theme and was met with a black screen with my cursor flashing regular and working in background. I noticed that the flashing has multiple patterns for whatever reason.1: regular2: working in backgroundPattern 1: 1, 1 2, 1, 1 2Pattern 2: 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1I tried getting into advanced boot settings but that didn’t work.
