Windows 10 Stops Recognizing iPhone in Middle of Transfer

I was transferring videos from my iPhone to my Windows 10 PC desktop. It recognized the phone and got about half way through copying the videos over when I got an error that the device was not connected (I don't recall the exact wording). The phone no longer showed up under "This PC." I am using an Apple cable and it is charging the phone. However, the phone is still not being recognized even when I unplug and replug it in, including trying other USB ports. All the stuff I find online pertains to the PC not recognizing the phone at all, not recognizing it and then stopping for no good reason!
