Windows 10 Start Screen completely unresponsive

Hello, I have been having issues with my Lenevo Laptop's network systems not connecting so I decided to reboot it when I troubleshooter the issue however there's been an overarching issue relating to my laptop. It doesn't respond to any input on the login screen and is completely unresponsive/appears to be frozen, bearing in mind I have tried:Booting in both safe modes, it'll get to the account stage however will freeze up after 5 secondsStart-up repair which says will repair disk errors but has done nothing and says it cannot he repaired Sfcscannow which says windows resource protection canno
