Windows 10 start menu critical error

Hello A few weeks back out of nowhere after an update my start menue would give the error « critical error start menue not working » and ask to restart but when it restarted the same problem was present. Along side that my search bar, some of my desktop icons and other options in task bar such as wifi and OneDrive would not work and open up.Recently another update was done and the star menue doesn’t give the critical error anymore and it doesn’t ask to restart however now the start menue is not responding along side other things that was not working too.At the beginning I tried delet
