Windows 10 sound problem

HiSee the picture.This is my concern: I have music and so on sounds working from that BenQ/NVIDIA High Definition Audio. There is no microphone connection in that line. Is it somehow possible to insert microphone jack to the Realtek High Definition audio - and make audio in/out work together like that?Thanks,Matias
