Windows 10 several updates Fail to install

Windows update fails to install several updates.

I'm on Windows 10.0 (Build 10240)

Also, .NET Framework 4.6.2 fails to install (required to run a game I tried to play and how I discovered how complex this problem really is)

sfc /scannow does not work (attempted solution, tried in safe mode as well).


I've tried other solutions on here from other posts, but to no avail. I'm willing to try them again, but I feel that my issue may be compounded into a complicated problem that a standard solution may not resolve it all at once.
