Windows 10 settings app only shows search bar

Currently my windows settings app when I open it only shows a search bar. When I search something in the search bar results come up but when clicked it directs me to the same page. This is the only thing that is not working properly. I noticed the problem today but do not know how long this has been the case. I have tried some fixes. I have tried "sfc/scannow" in CMP, did not work, I have also reinstalled windows through the windows media creation tool. Which also did not resolve the problem. What are some steps I could take to fix my issue. Also apologies if my english is lacking as it is not
