Windows 10 second monitor will not turn on. I pressed widows key + P and selected only...

I was having trouble with my second monitor and so I pressed widows key + P and selected only see second screen and now when I try to turn them on they say no signal. I have tryed shutting it off and on, unplugging everything, and many other things people suggested and nothing fixed it. Please help!
