Hi
Problem:
My windows 10 screen keep flickering with the sound of plugging in or out. Done many things but no luck. it works great sometimes like from the past 4 to 6 months it was ok, before that it was and now the same issue.
Info about the machine:
I have HP ProBook 450 G3
Processor: Core i5 6200u
Ram: 16GB
Hard Drive: 128GB SSD and 1TB HDD
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 520 and AMD R7 M340
Windows 10 Pro - version 1909 - build 19363.815
First, let me explain the troubleshoots I have done.
What i have noticed:
Whenever screen flicker in Event Viewer this error shows but i don't know its related to this issue or not. but it always shows when the screen flickers with sound.
An TLS 1.2 connection request was received from a remote client application, but none of the cipher suites supported by the client application are supported by the server. The TLS connection request has failed.

- Updated all the drivers using windows updates, direct download from the official sites, and using Intel® Driver & Support Assistant.
- Reinstall display drivers
- Update Windows to the latest version
- Disable all the services except Microsoft services via MSConfig.
- sfc /scannow
- Update BIOS to the latest version
