Windows 10 reset seems stuck on Network setup. How to fix?

Hi,I tried to reset my laptop by choosing reset all (don't keep personal files) and with cloud windows installation. After the windows downloaded (3.87gb) and started the reset steps, it got to the network setup step. I entered the password for the wifi and now it's stuck on the step shown in the image attached for the last 3 hours.Is this normal? If not, how do I stop this process without harming anything?*update: it's been like this for 8-9 hours now and based on some other question I found, turning off the wifi did not help at allThank you,
