Windows 10 reset removed the office came with it

I bought Toshiba satellite laptop with inbuilt windows 7 having office starter. I have upgraded to windows 10. After upgrade found Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 to be available. Recently I had to reset windows 10 and on reset office has been removed and instead of it a Get office app is available for getting 1 month trail version. Please let me know what is wrong here and how can I recover it back.
