Hi Everyone,
My PC was pre-built by Digital Storm. I ended up having to update some hardware including my motherboard. Now, I'm encountering an issue when trying to re-activate my license (which should be tied to my Live ID). When I get to the activation page in settings, the initial error is "Windows reported that no product key was found on your device. Error code: 0xC004F213". When I click on Troubleshoot below that, I get a message stating "We weren't able to activate Windows on this device". I then click on the I changed hardware on this device recently link. That results in another pop up with the error "Something went wrong. We're working on it - try again in a little bit", followed by a Trace ID. I've tried 2-3 times a day for 2 days with no change. Is there any way to resolve this error?
