Windows 10 random blue screens and frozen screen

I got this error yesterday randomly.Stop code: KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLEDFailed: tcpip.sysAnd got this error today.STOP 0x0000003DAfter got this error and opened my PC, i started gaming. It suddenly froze with BSOD noise however the blue screen hasn't showed itself but my last thing was doing. The screen froze showing the last thing I did.I don't know what caused this. I updated my GPU drivers and Windows a few days ago.
