Windows 10 random black screen hang

Greetings,As said in the title, I'm experiencing windows hang issue with black screen and I need help about it. It seems to occur at random since I can't replicate the hang. When it happened, the screen turns black, no signal on the monitor, but the audio still plays, the LED debug on my motherboard still show AO, num lock still responsive (I press it on and off), caps lock too, and after about a minute, the audio starts to crash (plays a loop af the last "frame"), num lock unresponsive, and then the system restart.
