Windows 10 Pro Retail Activation after Major Hardware change.

Hi everyone, Anyone know solution to activate Windows 10 after major hardware change? I used to have I7 9.7k and Asus PRIME Z370-P II, but due the fact that my CPU couldn't hold anymore OC, took new CPU and Motherboard and now I can't activate system on Activation got 0xC004F211 which indicate major hardware change. Troubleshooter doesn't even run, nor "slui 4".
