Windows 10 Pro product key not found under Microsoft Store account

Hello, i have purchased 2 licenses from 2 different accounts Windows 10 Pro from microsoft store website one back in 2018. When I login to my accounts I see the invoice, however, I don't find the product key for activating them. The only support option I could find for my locale was to leave my phone number and wait for the support to contact me. After several days so far I haven't been contacted. My question is, how to get back my product keys as i can't find emails from microsoft store any more. Thank you
