Windows 10 Pro downgraded to Windows 10 Home

I had upgraded my Dad's laptop from Windows 10 Home to Pro, yet when I looked at it today - to disable CoPilot (it is an old laptop and he does not need AI) I find that the version of the OS to be Windows 10 Home.According to Redirecting downgrade should not have happened.1.
