Windows 10 Pro but not Activated...how do I resolve it? pls help

Hi All,Mine is Lenovo G405 2012 model; Windows8 OEM version; upgraded Win10 Home way back;Now I just upgraded it Windows10 Pro using MSoft generic product key( ---------------3V66T) but doesn't get Activated...I can't trace out 2012 purchase information / CD etc.. How do i go about it..pls help..thx ..Ravi
