Windows 10: prevent calls from changing audio channels

I use a Bluetooth headset which connects to my computer and creates three audio devices. "Headphones" for high quality audio, and "Headset" for a microphone and output device for the headphones to call. I never use the "Hands-Free AG Audio" features that come with the calling channels for my PC and have disabled the channels for both the mic and low quality audio output.The issue is: When I take a call from applications such as WhatsApp, the headphones try to switch to these channels that have been blocked.
