Windows 10 Photos App leaves white film over entire video AFTER trimming it

I've seen another thread and many people having this same issues 8 YEARS LATER it is actually unreal. Every single time I use the photos app to trim a saved video from my desktop, it always leaves the video with a white film over the entire thing. It looks ugly and completely ruins the video. I don't need an editing software like Premiere Pro or Sony Vegas and I'm not going to use clipchamp because in 2025 you aren't allowed to choose what framerate you export your video in.
