Windows 10 Photo App to Win 7 Windows Photo Viewer. Need to Reorganize and Import Photos

Upgraded to fresh Windows 10... now when i try to import my photos from my SD card i do NOT get the option to Reorganize and Import, as in the groups and dates... I'm a photographer and before i was able to do this. Windows 10 photo app just imports into one huge monthly folder... I uninstalled the photo app and activated windows photo viewer, i can open files with it but i cannot get the option to import from my SD card with it.... Any recommendations?
