Windows 10 Phone LInk app still won't launch

It seems that I'm the only one with this problem. Thus far, none of the solutions suggested here have worked out.I've documented the windows/phone pairing process successful journey and conclusion, recognized and displayed on both devices. I can post the images. There are over 20 of them, but I hesitate if the sheer volume might be distracting from the core issue, or interpreted as overdoing it, too much info.
