Windows 10 PC will not accept the correct password in Boot Manager

I use an app called DriverEasy to manage my drivers. On Fwbruary 14th, I ran a fresh batch of new installs for a handful of drivers. DriverEasy made a system restore point before this. After the drivers were updated, I restarted the PC and it started and played fine. Later I shut it down. When I started it back up, it will show the motherboard's splash screen, but after that, the screen will go black with a blue "loading" circle, but it gets stuck there.
