Windows 10 - PC Shuts Down when Waking it up from Sleep

Hi there, I just installed an SSD and all is working perfect, however there is one issue I cannot figure out for the life of me. When my computer goes to full sleep and then I attempt to wake it up, the PC attempts to start up again, fan goes loud, monitors never come on, fan goes really loud and then abruptly shuts down every time. This happens whether its goes it auto-sleep OR I manually put it to sleep. Any Suggestions?
