Windows 10 PC has had a hard time restarting itself.

Hello,A most bizarre event happened to my home computer. I started it up as usual, nothing unusual happened, started a common application I use to play games that I have used for years (Steam) and the game wouldn't start. I then tried starting another, less resource intensive game, it took a long time to start, around 5 minutes. Normally it doesn't take 1 minute even, way less than that. I then decided to restart my PC, the usual answer to any random issue that happens with no apparent cause.
