Windows 10 PC Got Slower For No Reason.

I have recieved this pc from my father last year, I used to run 60 fps on games like GTA, Call Of Duty Modern Warfare, and now i run all games in under 10 fps! The only thing that i changed was the storage. (1 to 3 tb) It just slowly got worse and slower. I ran many malware checks and nothing! I clear my temp files and i do everything i can. Nothing works.My Specs:Geforce GTX 970Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2300 CPU @ 2.80GHz X416 GB Ram3tb Hard Drive232 GB SSDI think thats it.
