Windows 10 - not opening calendar, Cortana & windows store not working, and unable to search/type in the windows start menu

All of the following issues have been happening despite various attempts to reset, restart, update, and troubleshoot using various methods. When I click on the time/calendar on the taskbar, the full calendar will not open and just does the loading pinwheel for a second then disappears. Cortana and the Microsoft Store will not let me sign in or change users. The search bar on the taskbar will not let me type in it, and when I type in the start menu area, nothing happens.I've been having these issues since I downloaded various new software (e.g. Photoshop Elements, Discord, Cricut Design Space,
