The first time I set a centered picture as part of my Windows 10 desktop background I followed instructions and it went perfectly. Today I tried to change the centered picture, and Windows keeps making it the entire background. I can't find anything to click on to make it reduce the picture to just a centered picture in the background. When I switch back to the old one it's fine. Just a centered picture on a solid gray background. I haven't been able to find anything to help me make the new picture just part of the background...not the whole thing. Would appreciate some help!
