Windows 10 msconfig switching selective startup to normal startup ends with boot error 0c000000e

I use MSCONFIG "selective startup" for many years. Due to errors (with rollback to win10) on inplace upgrade to win11 i found out: When i switch msconfig from "selective startup" to "normal startup" in boot the entry changes from "Windows 10 (C:Windows) actual operating system; standard operating system" to "Windows 8 (\Windows) : standard operating system" and the the next restarts ends with 0xc000000e I have a single boot system and replaced Win 8 inplace with Win 10 some years ago.Win 10 has no open updates sfc /scannow is ok Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth is ok chkdsk /f is o
