Windows 10 MIssing Bluetooth Functionality

I am running fully updated Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045, with a Inter Core 13-9100F CPU.I acquired a Bluetooth-enabled piano keyboard, only to discover that a Bluetooth driver was not listed as a category (or in any of its folders) in Device Manager, and that the Bluetooth on/off switch was missing from Settings/Devices/Bluetooth and other devices.I implemented all the 'fixes' suggested in this forum and elsewhere with no success, so downloaded the correct Bluetooth driver direct from Intel's website and installed it without any issues.After a cold restart, still no listing i
