At restart windows 10 now: (and cannot disable)Starts up with new widgets on loginKeeps starting in Tablet mode (I have no touch screen and its a desktop).Always downloads windows update (Because of this Very reason) does so no matter what.There are no settings, edits, deletions that keep these problems from resurfacing.
