Hi! I bought a Star 03 XP-PEN drawing tablet around 2 years ago, and it worked perfectly on my old PC (which was windows 10). I recently got a new laptop after not having one for a year or so and I have tried to reinstall my tablet.
I was given a disc which installed the drivers for this tablet, however, my problem is that every time I try to install said drivers, it says the tablet cannot be found. There is no icon for it, I can't find it anywhere. I'm stumped.
I've gone through a few processes, uninstalling the disc and attempting the online drivers instead which should be up to date, but I got the exact same response.
The tablet should work, given that it took no damage over the years and it still lights up when I plug it in. If anyone could suggest something, I'd be very grateful
