Windows 10 is freezing for sec every 2 sec

Hello, i just installed windows 10 pro (not full version) on my old hp laptop, and i swapped hdd with ssd. Everything was for a while good that day, but then my laptop freeze for sec, like the whole system freeze and after 2 sec it freeze again and again and again. Can someone help me pls ? xd Its very annoying
