Windows 10 installation stalling on loading screen

I just upgraded my pc, with the exception of GPU and I am trying to install windows. The issue is however that when i boot from the USB drive the windows logo appears, loads for a long time, before the screen goes black. The PC is still turned on and stays that way indefinitely. In the BIOS i have UEFI enabled, and i have both tried installing from installation media on USB and an ISO file using Ventoy. Both yield same result.
