Windows 10 Home - Unable Connect To Internet To Update

Hi, I just found an old mothballed laptop, and I wanted to try to get it updated, as it appears it was last updated in 2019... however it's a slim laptop, so has no port for me to connect an ethernet cable to it, and it can only connect to the internet via wifi, except it's not detecting a properly installed network adapter anymore.I'm trying to figure out what I can download to a USB drive to update it that way to get it working again...?It's using Windows 10 Home (64 bit), version 1809
