Windows 10 Home - "Save As" Shortcut

Hello!!Hoping someone can help. I am trying to find out which shortcut *actually* works for the "save as" function. All google searches state it is F12 however when I click on F12 it open the DevTools (the darker area on the right side):So, obviously, F12 isn't doing it, and yes it does this regardless of the site I'm on.So, what/which shortcut do I try now? … or is there a way to move Dev Tools to another shortcut and then make F12 the "save as" and, if yes, how is that done?Or .... would this be considered a Chrome issu
