Windows 10 hardware change can't reactivate

Hello, I recently swapped out multiple PC parts. I followed the instructions to reactivate windows given here: Redirecting I did so I got the error screen "we cant activate your copy of windows as the digital license for this device has already been used to reactivate windows".
